Lent Scripture Study – What DOES Jesus Do?
WWJD? We’ve probably all seen the bracelets, key chains, and bumper stickers with these letters. WWJD – What Would Jesus Do? We often like to think in situations, “What would Jesus do?” as if Jesus were not present, right now in this moment. It’s not a bad question to ask, but perhaps an even better question would be, “What DOES Jesus Do?” He is with us; he abides in us. His strength is with us, always. In our present time and circumstances, don’t we need to know this assurance that Jesus is with us, loves us, and will care for us? In this season of Lent, ask “What Does Jesus Do?” and reflect on the following Scripture passages as we move through this season of renewal and spiritual growth.
